IX.               Presentation:

A.     Certificate of Appreciation – Todd Manni
Northeast State Emergency Consortium, 2006 Rhode Island Emergency       “Manager of the Year”.

X.                 Minutes:

A.     Move that the minutes of the October 17^th, 2006 Town Council meeting and closed session be approved, as recorded, and that the closed minutes be sealed.

XI.               Licenses and Permits:

A.     Consider approving the renewal of forty-five (45) Victualling Licenses as listed,  pending compliance with all state regulations and local ordinances.

B.     Consider approving the renewal of eight (8) Entertainment Licenses pending  compliance with all state regulations and local ordinances.

C.    Consider approving the renewal of eight (8) Special Dance Licenses pending compliance with all state regulations and local ordinances.

D.    Consider approving a 1-Day Beer & Wine License for The Greenville Public Library for the “Holiday Silent Auction” to be held December 2, 2006 in the Greenville Public Library located at 573 Putnam Pike, pending compliance with all state regulations and local ordinances.

E.     Consider approving a new Victualling License for Deana and Michelle Santilli d/b/a “Indulgence Café”, 180  Pleasant View Avenue, pending compliance with all state regulations and local ordinances.

F.     Consider approving a new Victualling License for “The Terrace Thai Restaurant”, 5 Sanderson Road, pending compliance with all state regulations and local ordinances.

G.    Consider approving a new Victualling License for Pat and Mike’s Bagels, LLC d/b/a “Café Such A Bagel”, 445 Putnam Pike, pending compliance with all state regulations and local ordinances.

XII.              Public Hearings:

A.     Conduct a Public Hearing on the annual renewal of all Intoxicating Beverage Licenses as listed, pending compliance with all state regulations and local  ordinances.

B.     Conduct a Public Hearing on the transfer of a Class B-Victualler Beverage License FROM: Richard J. Seddon d/b/a “Scrambler’s I, Inc.”, 132 Pleasant View Avenue,  Smithfield, TO: George Kirios d/b/a “Pleasant View Diner”, same location, pending compliance with all state regulations and local ordinances and final approval from the Building Official and the Department of Health.

XIII.            New Business:

A.     Consider awarding bids for the sale of four (4) used police vehicles.

B.     Consider authorizing the sale of obsolete and surplus equipment for the various town departmental items.

C.    Consider awarding bid for Winter road sand for the 2006/2007 Winter season.
