I.            Meeting Called To Order.

II.           Report from Technical Review Committee Meeting – Don Burns.(allotted time: ¼ to ½ hour)

III.          Move to go into Executive Closed Session pursuant to the following sections of the Rhode Island General Laws: (allotted time: ½ to ¾ hour)

a.    §42-46-(a)(5) – Real Estate: - For any, and all, updates, discussions, considerations, or votes related to the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes.

IV.          Reconvene into Open / Public Session to announce any closed session Votes required to be disclosed pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws: §42-46-4.

V.           WORKING SESSION AGENDA: (allotted time: 1 ½ to 2 hours)

a.      Review of Minutes of December & January meetings – no vote.

b.      Discussion and Vote on Resolution re:  Preservation of Lot Size

c.      Work on drafting forms for various purposes.
