that a date correction within the February 20, 2007 Town Council meeting minutes
be approved.
B. Move
that the minutes of the September 4, 2007 Town Council meeting and closed
session be approved, as recorded and that the closed session minutes be sealed.
VI.
Licenses and Permits: To consider and act upon
the following matters:
A. Consider
approving a Victualling License for Christopher and Nadine Arcuri d/b/a “Light
the Way Café” to be located at 115 Pleasant View Avenue, to include approval for
BYOB (Bring your own bottle) pending compliance with all state and local
ordinances and final approval from the Health Department and Building Official.
B. Consider
the approval of a new Victualling License for Stephen Palazzo d/b/a "Cagney Food
Service" to operate the Snack Bar Concession at the Smithfield Ice Rink, 109
Pleasant View Avenue, pending compliance with all state regulations and local
ordinances and final Health Department approval.
