I.          Meeting Called To Order – Welcome Visitors  

II.          Open House For the Public – To Celebrate The Year’s Successes

   “Old Friends, New Friends, Come Celebrate with Good Friends” 

• Give thanks to the landowner’s for helping us make the following conservation / preservation sites a reality

• The Hanton City area: Brown Historic Site; and Threshing Rock (2006)

• The Hyde Tree Farm via a Conservation Easement (2007)

• The Wolf Hill Historic WWII plane crash site; woodlands; and vernal pool sites (2007)

• Give thanks to and recognize our many volunteers for all of their donated time, hard work, and stewardship on our preserves.

• Give thanks to our many community supporters – for realizing the importance of maintaining a Smithfield “sense of place” for future generations.

III.         At 9:00 the Open House will end. 

IV.        Items of importance: 

• No other meeting for the month of December –  (discussion)

• First meeting in January – election of new officers for 2008 – (discussion)

• Discussion of budget for upcoming fiscal year – (discussion / vote)

V.        Move to Adjourn.
