Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be convened in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, Smithfield, RI, on Tuesday, January 22, 2008, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following:

Smithfield Water Supply Water Rate(s) Increase.

All interested persons are invited to be present at the time and place stated above. Copies of proposed rate increase(s) are available online at www.smithfieldri.com and in the office of the Town Clerk during regular business hours. Interested persons requiring special accommodations or assistance are requested to notify the Town Manager’s office (401) 233-1010, 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
