Consider approving a new Holiday Sales License for
Garnet Partners II LLC, d/b/a “The Little Gym of Smithfield”, 445 Putnam Pike,
pending compliance with all state regulations and local ordinances.
B.
Consider approving a new Massage Therapy License for
Kathryn Bonin of 13 Cottage Street , Johnston, R.I. to perform Massage Therapy
at Haber-DiBoni Chiropractic, located at 14 Cedar Swamp Road, Smithfield, R.I.

Consider adopting the Smithfield Town Council Rules of
Order.

Consider discussions and act upon a policy of the

Consider adopting a Resolution in opposition to the
proposed State Aid cuts by Governor Carcieri for Fiscal Year 2008.
B.
Consider adopting a Resolution in support of Long Term
Health Care for Veterans.
C.
Consider scheduling a Public Hearing for March 4, 2008
for Senior Citizen, Veterans and Handicapped exemption/fees at Georgiaville
Beach.
D.
Consider scheduling a Public Hearing for March 4, 2008
for reenactment of Chapter 11-Article 2 – Expedited Approval Process.
E.
Consider and act upon the Dam Safety Emergency Action
Planning Mandate.
F.
Consider and act upon creation of wetlands at
Deerfield Park.

Consider approving abatements and addenda as
recommended by Tax Assessor: NONE

Consider a possible motion to go into closed session
to review, consider, discuss and act upon the following matters pursuant to
Section 42-46-5(a)(2), Collective Bargaining and Litigation, Section 42-46-5
(a)(5), Real Estate, Bryant University, Salt Barn property, Section
42-46-5(a)(1), Personnel, Sewer Contract Administrator’s position, Town Manager
contract, of the RI General Laws.

Reconvene in open session, if necessary, to announce
any closed session votes required to be disclosed pursuant to RI General Laws,
Sec. 42-46-4 and to vote on the Town Manager contract.
