In accordance with the Department of Environmental Management’s Regulations relating to The Storm Water Phase II RIPDES

Ordinances shall become effective thirty (30) days after adoption.

All interested persons are invited to be present at the time and place above stated. Copies of the proposed Ordinance Amendments and copies of the Phase II Stormwater Year Four (4) Annual Report are available in the office of the Town Clerk, during normal business hours or by visiting the Town of Smithfield’s Web Site at www.smithfieldri.com.

Interested persons requiring special accommodations or assistance are requested to notify the Town Manager’s Office (401-233-1010) 48 hours in advance of said meeting.
