Consider
approving the renewal of a Victualling License for Mary E. Ouelette d/b/a "Angel
Wings Cafe", 570 Putnam Pike, pending compliance with all state regulations and
local ordinances.
B.
Consider
approving a new Victualling License for 44 Hersha Smithfield, LLC d/b/a "Hampton
Inn & Suites", 945 Douglas Pike, pending compliance with all state regulations
and local ordinances and subject to final approvals from the Health Department,
Fire Department and Building Official.
C.
Consider
approving the renewal of a Private Detective License for Ralph Howe d/b/a
Information Connection Unlimited, 10 Austin Avenue, Smithfield, pending
compliance with all state regulations and local ordinances.
VII.
Public Hearings: To consider and act upon the following matters:
A.
Continuation
of a Public Hearing for an amendment regarding Senior Citizen, Veterans and
Handicapped exemption/fees at Georgiaville Beach, Chapter 263, Article II.
B.
Conduct a
Public Hearing to consider a Sewer Ordinance change concerning vehicle repair
service establishments.
C.
Conduct a
Public Hearing regarding Tangible Tax Licensing Ordinance.

Consider a
resolution introduced by Councilwoman Jean Cerroni with regard to advertising
for savings.
B.
Consider
supporting a resolution regarding global warming.

authorizing an RFP for payroll services for the Town of Smithfield and the
Smithfield School Department.
D.
Consider
scheduling a Public Hearing on April 15, 2008 for an amendment to Zoning
Ordinance, Assessor’s Plat 147, Lot 20.
E.
Discussion
regarding energy conservation review.

Consider
approving abatements and addenda as recommended by Tax Assessor: NONE
