with all state regulations and local ordinances and subject to final Health
Department and Building Official approvals.
B.
Consider approving the renewal of a Victualling
License and Holiday Sales License for Victoria A. Johnson d/b/a “What’s The
Scoop”, 61 Douglas Pike, pending compliance with all state regulations and local
ordinances and payment of tangible taxes due the Town of Smithfield.
C. Consider
approving the renewal of two Holiday Sales Licenses pending compliance with all
state regulations and local ordinances.

VII. Public Hearings: To consider and act upon the
following matters:
A. Conduct
a Public Hearing to consider proposed amendments to the Smithfield Code of
Ordinances: Chapter 263, Article II, Holiday Business §263-7, Licenses Generally
§263-8, Fee; information provided; expiration and §263-9, Short-term License.
B. Conduct
a Public Hearing to consider proposed amendments to the Smithfield Code of
Ordinances: Chapter 268, Peddling and Soliciting, Article I Licensing §268-3
Issuance; term (A) add number (6) and §268-3 Issuance; term (C).
