Proposed amendment to reflect changes made in 2005 to State Law relating to
Sunday and Holiday Sales.
Proposed Holiday License
Chapter 268: Article I,
Peddling and Soliciting
Section 268-3 Definitions – Issuance;

Section 236-3 Regulations – Issuance; term (C)
Proposed amendment to reflect date of expiration change from November to May
annually and will comply with provision of police clearance process for vendors
and drivers.
Proposed Peddling & Solicitation License Amendment
All interested persons are invited to be present at the time and place above
