         V.      New Business

a.   Stone Ridge Estates – Richard Wolstencroft,  AP 42, Lots 101 & 15, Ridge  Road – Request for variance from Code Requirements of §294-9 Formerly §18-43  - specifically  the requirement to connect to sewers within 5,000-feet.

b.   Letter from Robin K. Hedges, Clean Water SRF Program Manager regarding DEM Certificates of Approval in place at the time of closing the 2008A Bond Issue on the following projects:  Kimberly Ann Drive Sewer Extension and the Smithfield Sewer Flow Monitoring Study. 

c.      Memo from the Smithfield Town Clerk’s Office regarding the Sewer Usage Fee Amended Ordinance, Under Section (5), Code of Ordinance.  Amended on March 18, 2008.

d.     Veolia – Current Monthly Operating Report (MOR)

e.      Contract Administrator’s Report

f.        Informational:

(1)    Recommendation Letter to Town of East Greenwich, Sewer Commission/Authority for Adler Brothers Construction Company.

(2)     Letter to David Gilmore, Point View Properties, regarding AP 42, Lot 8, 379 Douglas Pike, Sewer Line Installation – Requirement to install lateral in conformance with the approved plans (dated August 18, 2008) to the residence at 382 Douglas Pike.
