                V.    New Business

a.   Resident Appeal, Maplecrest Drive-2006 Sewer Project: Mr. & Mrs. James Ritter, 19 Maplecrest, June 25, 2008 and September 28, 2008, letters requesting an appeal to the Order to Connect to Public Sewers.

b.   Resident Appeal, Maplecrest Drive-2006 Sewer Project: Mr. & Mrs. Arthur E. Lake, 33 Maplecrest, October 6, 2008, letter requesting an appeal to the Order to Connect to Public Sewers.

c.     Resident Appeal, Maplecrest Drive-2006 Sewer Project: Mr. & Mrs. Albert Paolantonio, 41 Maplecrest, October 17, 2008, letter requesting an appeal to the Order to Connect to Public Sewers.

d.    Discussion of quotes for the pressure shut off switch for the sludge pumps.

e.    Veolia – Current Monthly Operating Report (MOR)

(1)     September 18, 2008, Memo to the Zoning Board of Review and Planning Board – Dillon Lane Affordable Housing Plan, Dean Estates AP 42, Lots 227/228/229/241/242/243 – requesting the Boards’ consider requiring easements be granted to the Town when granting approvals of land development projects and also as identified in Section 294-11 of the Smithfield Code.
