AGENDA

  I.                  Call to Order and Approval of the Minutes of the October 16^th, 2008 Town Traffic Safety Commission Meeting. 

II.                  Old Business: 

A.    Announce the State Traffic Commission’s decision to restrict parking on both sides of Douglas Pike, 500 feet north and south of Limerock Road. 

III.                  New Business: 

A.    Consider a policy to paint stop lines at stop signs installed during 2008 and at all future stop sign sites;  

B.    Consider a request to place a stop sign on Baldwin Drive at the intersection of Valley View Drive; 

C.    Distribute the 2009 schedule of the Smithfield Town Traffic Safety Commission meetings. 

D.    Consider the following street name assignments: 

1.            Nicole Court

2.            Dillon Lane

3.            Mason Court

4.            Michael Court
