of a Noise Permit from the Police Department.

Consider
approving the temporary expansion of the licensed premises to include the
parking lot for Effin’s Pub, 325 Farnum Pike on Friday, June 12, 2009 from 5:00
pm to 9:00 pm and Saturday, June 13, 2009 from 12:00 noon to 9:00 pm, pending
compliance with all State regulations and local ordinances and issuance of a
Noise Permit from the Police Department.
