A.   Move that the minutes of the May 5, 2009 Town Council Meeting and closed session for May 5, 2009 be approved, as recorded and that the closed session minutes be sealed.

A.   Consider approving the renewal of three (3) Massage Establishment Licenses as listed, pending compliance with all State regulations and local ordinances.

C.   Consider approving a Special Event License for Effin’s Pub, LLC d/b/a “Effin’s Pub” for a Car Show to take place at Effin’s Pub, 325 Farnum Pike on Friday, June 12, 2009 from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Saturday, June 13, 2009 from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, pending compliance with all State regulations and local ordinances and issuance of a Noise Permit from the Police Department. 

D.   Consider approving the temporary expansion of the licensed premises to include the parking lot for Effin’s Pub, 325 Farnum Pike on Friday, June 12, 2009 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Saturday, June 13, 2009 from 12:00 noon to 9:00 pm, pending compliance with all State regulations and local ordinances and issuance of a Noise Permit from the Police Department.

E.   Consider approving the renewal of three (3) Peddler’s Licenses as listed, pending compliance with all State regulations and local ordinances.

F.    Consider approving the renewal of two (2) Holiday Sales Licenses as listed, pending compliance with all State regulations and local ordinances.

G.   Consider approving the renewal of one (1) Weapons License as listed, pending compliance with all State regulations and local ordinances.

IX.          New Business:  To consider and act upon the following matters:

A.   Consider, discuss and act upon changing the July 7, 2009 Town Council meeting to July 14, 2009.

B.   Consider, discuss and act upon the audit bid for FY ending June 30, 2009.

C.   Consider, discuss and act upon the bid for architectural services at the Ice Rink.

D.   Consider, discuss and act upon a resolution supporting the elimination of the straight party vote.

E.   Consider, discuss and act upon possible appointment to Boards and Commissions:

1)  Juvenile Hearing Board (one appointment)

                        a)  Gail Dwyer (3 year term as an alternate)

F.    Consider a possible motion to go into closed session to review, consider, discuss and act upon the following matters pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(a) (5), Real Estate, Bryant University, Land Trust Property; RIGL 42-46-5(a)(1)(2), Personnel & Collective Bargaining, Personnel Board.

G.   Reconvene in open session to announce any closed session votes required to be disclosed pursuant to RI General Laws, Sec. 42-46-4.
