Move to go into Executive Closed Session pursuant to the following sections(s) of     the Rhode Island General Laws: 42-46-5 (a)(5)-Real Estate: For any and all discussions or considerations related to the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes and 42-46-5(a)(1)-Personnel Issues: For any and all discussions or considerations related to personnel.

Memorial Garden waiting to hear from Dave Bates and Eagle Scout Candidate Zachary Lynch.  Other scout projects/waterbars on Wolf Hill, green trail extension, and bluebird boxes at Hyde tree.  I spoke with Richard Iannitelli (Sp) and told him about these possible projects. 

4.  Mary Mowry Memorial Tree at Smith-Appleby—Research for sign/also for Ken Weber Tree in Esmond Park.  ?
