IV.       Licenses and Permits: To consider and act upon the following matters: 

A.   Consider approving a Special Event License for “Autumn Fest 2009” to take place at The Village at Waterman Lake, 715 Putnam Pike on Saturday, September 26, 2009 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, pending compliance with all State regulations and local ordinances.  Rain date will be September 27, 2009.

B.   Consider approving a temporary expansion of licensed premises for the Class B-Victualler Beverage License of Parente’s Family Restaurant to include its parking lot at 1114 Douglas Pike, on Saturday, October 3, 2009 from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm for a “Bryant 2009 Reunion and Homecoming Weekend”, pending compliance with all State regulations and local ordinances.

V.          Meet with the Planning Board and Property Owners to discuss the Comprehensive Plan/Zoning Ordinance Amendments proposed for the following properties:
