TO RECYCLE YOUR REFRIGERATOR
1. The
refrigerator to be recycled must be the second refrigerator
in the home and not the primary refrigerator. Typically,
these are found in basements or garages.
2. The unit must work and meet the size requirement of 10 cu
ft - 30 cu ft.
3. You must be a current residential electric customer of
National Grid (Rhode Island) that is offering the recycling
program.
4. National Grid customers must own the unit being recycled.
5. Limited to 2 units per customer per year.
6. Someone 18 years or older must be present to sign and
release the unit. Unit will be removed from home if a clear
path is available.
